The Adelaide Hospital Society carried out three activities within a week concluding with the European Patients’ Rights Day.

1. Monday 14th April- participated in the First Health Literacy Awards in ublin organized by  Merck, Sharp & Dohme and the National Adult Literacy Agency.

2. Wednesday 16th April- Launched of Social Health Insurance Report by Adelaide Hospital Society. The patient's right to access was highlighted to press

3. Friday 18th April- Adelaide Hospital Society & Irish Jesuit Centre for Faith & Justice met Fine Gael - the main opposition political party at which we marked the European Patient Rights Day at Parliament.

During all activities materials regarding the European Patients’ Right Charter and supporting the institutionalization of the European Patients’ Rights Day was distributed.
