The Adult Immunization Board (AIB) hosted its annual technical meeting in Poland, bringing together leading European experts in the field of vaccination of older adults. The meeting, titled “Advancing vaccination strategies for the older adults: insights into epidemiology, immunity, and implementation” aimed to improve vaccine effectiveness, immunity durability, and uptake among older adults in Europe, addressing the challenges of frailty, comorbidities, and immunosenescence.

The event featured insightful presentations, dynamic discussions, and collaborative exchanges.

As AIB advisors member, the ACN’Director partecipated to the AIB Board and to the third high-level technical meeting in an inspiring and action-oriented environment, in order to continue to build an immunization agenda that leaves no adult behind.
