In line with our long-term commitment on the topic at the national level (Italy) and at the European level, the Director of Active Citizenship Network has been invited as a speaker to the 5th International Conference on Cardiology, a global gathering dedicated to advancing heart care and research. Titled "Promoting Civic Engagement for Cardiovascular Prevention: from the Italian experiences to the EU Cardiovascular Health Plan", his presentation aims to provide, with a concrete set of activities and a connection between the national and the EU dimension, how CSOs (Civil society organizations) and PAGs (Patients' Advocacy Groups) can support the public policy on the topic. Read more
