The Director of ACN actively participated in the Annual Global Summit on Oncology and Cancer Research (AGSCANCER2026), which took place in Paris, France.
The event aimed to advance multidisciplinary collaboration, promote breakthrough discoveries, and accelerate innovative strategies for cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
During the summit, which brought together leading oncologists, cancer researchers, clinicians, industry experts, and global health professionals, the Director of ACN delivered a presentation titled: “Refaming Access to Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) in Europe: A Patient-Centered Call to Action for Policy and Systemic Reform”.
In the report, the ACN Director specifically highlighted the recent advancements recorded in Italy regarding ATMPs, while also emphasizing the organization's ongoing dedication and strong commitment to this matter at both national and European levels.
Through this active participation and presentation, Cittadinanzattiva-ACN reaffirmed its institutional commitment to supporting advancements in global health care, ensuring that systemic policy reforms and patients' rights remain at the forefront of the future of oncology care.
