How can Europe build a digital health ecosystem that combines innovation, competitiveness and sustainability? On 9 September, the IPSE network (Italiani per le Politiche Sanitarie Europee - Italians for European Health Policies) will hold a meeting at the European Parliament from 14:00 to 16:00 to discuss the future of European healthcare and the potential of data, artificial intelligence and governance in developing more efficient, resilient and citizen-focused healthcare systems.

The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss some of the key priorities on the European agenda, as well as new policies for the digital transformation of healthcare. At this critical juncture in determining the European Union's future political and financial priorities, it is imperative that institutions, the scientific community, civil society and industry engage in dialogue to help establish a robust European Health Union.

The debate will feature representatives from the European Parliament and the European Commission, as well as key stakeholders involved in health and innovation policies.
