Stefania Maggi, MD, MPH, PhD
Geriatrician and Epidemiologist, with significant experience in coordinating EU and National-funded epidemiological studies in the field of Aging. Member of the Board of Directors of different Scientific Societies, she is currently Vice President of the European Interdisciplinary Council on Aging (EICA), past-president of the EuGMS (2016-2017). Editor in Chief "Aging, Clinical and Experimental Research" (Springer) and Series Editor: Practical Issues in Geriatrics (Springer). She is the author of more than 500 peer-reviewed manuscripts in the field of aging and health promotion.
Dr Jane Barratt PhD, Secretary General, International Federation on Ageing (IFA)
Dr. Jane Barratt is the Secretary General, International Federation on Ageing (IFA) with general consultative status at the UN and its agencies including the WHO. Her leadership drives the agenda for the world’s population ageing within the UN Decade of Healthy Ageing. Among her many current positions Jane is a CSO Representative, WHO COVAX Pillar “vaccine strategy,” Member, IA2030 Strategic Priority Life course and Integration Working Group and Member of the European Interdisciplinary Council on Ageing Assembly.
