Along 2021, Active Citizenship Network signed new Memorandum of Understanding with Asociación Española de Pacientes Contra el Dolor (APDOL), a non-profit association whose main purposes are to inform and advise the population in general, and specifically to patients and families who suffer from pain, to promote research on pain mechanisms and syndromes, as well as helping to improve the treatment of patients with acute and chronic pain, grouping scientists, doctors and other health professionals from different disciplines and areas, who share an interest in research on pain and its treatment.

All this is done in collaboration with administrations (health, education, culture, politics, etc).
