PolART Circle questions politics through creation. On a European scale, it offered a platform involving different partners, including artistic companies, citizens' NGOs, youth integration associations and universities.
The activities brought together artist-pedagogues, emerging artists and citizens interested in the relationship between art and politics. It lasted over three years and consisted of workshops, research, residencies, web content production (Mooc, massive open online course) and events. Through this experience, the participants together designed a methodology formalising their process of artistic creation associating art and politics. In February 2019, in Brussels, ACN organized its multiplier event with 20 representatives of civic organizations coming from different countries to talk about the PolArt Circle project and our trainees' experiments. It created the occasion for discussing initiatives, tools & performing arts to increase participation with a focus on healthcare.
