The project aimed to:
a) Develop and test new forms of transnational mobility between ACN's EU Network partner organisations.
b)Experiment with diverse, innovative forms of transnational peer-to-peer mentoring between the Network's partner organisations regarding different policy areas (civic participation, patients' rights, CSR and consumer rights) as well as work methodologies.
c) Create an innovative methodology and curriculum about transnational mobility and mentoring between partner organizations to be used for the future development and sustainability of the Network and its organizations. ACN brought together eight organizations from its Network; four substantial, more experienced organizations together with four younger ones from Austria, Germany, Italy and the UK, and organizations from Eastern Europe countries of Bulgaria, Macedonia, Poland and Slovenia. The organizations developed three innovative mentoring activities: Peer to Peer Leadership mentoring, Mentoring partnerships between the organizations and E-mentoring.
