The Director of Active Citizenship Network has been invited to speak at the “International Conference on Advanced Pulmonology, Respiratory Medicine & Lung Health” (ICPRL 2026), a hybrid event taking place both in Barcelona, Spain and virtually from June 25-27, 2026. The title of his presentation is “Incorporating COVID-19 into the broader narrative on respiratory diseases. A citizens' and patients’ perspective towards the development of an EU Respiratory Health Plan”. With the occasion, it will be presented the new ACN handbook “Leveraging Civil Society and Community Leadership to Support Public Vaccination Policies” as well as “Vaccines and Vaccinations for Adults: A European Textbook”.

With the theme “Shaping the Future of Respiratory Health Through Innovation, Integration, and Global Insight”, the conference aims to address pressing developments and future directions in respiratory science, offering a platform for collaboration and innovation in lung health.
