The role of citizens' organisations in the empowerment of patients with chronic diseases

Co-funded by the European Union, in the framework of the Health Programme (2008-2013).

During the 2-day conference, 23 speakers were introduced. A rich and intense debate led to various activities such as the presentation of the assessment "Report on the EU Patients Charter", the discussion on the best practices collected, and the drafting of the final Manifesto.
